Partners can purchase basic cleaning packages through this store. The basic package includes hoovering or a light mop of the floor where applicable. All easily accessible flat surfaces will be dusted and trash will be removed from the stand.
The packages available consist of overnight basic cleaning on Tuesday, November 14, and Wednesday, November 15.
This cleaning package does not include a detailed dusting of your stand, cleaning or shining of walls, glass walls, screens, or other installations or objects.
If you require a custom cleaning service, please contact your Partner Success Manager providing full detail in order to receive for a quote.

Please also note that the venue has a zero waste policy. Please dispose of your waste responsibly by purchasing a waste disposal package OR dispose of waste through your own waste disposal system.
If you choose to purchase a waste disposal package through us, please ensure that any waste that builds up on your stand (during build, open days and breakdown) is separated clearly and left for collection at the end of each day. Please contact your partner success manager for waste disposal guidelines and a list of waste materials that are recyclable. Please note breaches of the policy will result in financial penalties post-event.
Otherwise, we are asking partners to dispose of their waste responsibly through their own waste disposal systems. Partners and contractors who abandon materials or do not manage the disposal of their waste in accordance with the venue's policies will be billed post-event by the event organiser."
